Who’s GWC for safety?

In EOS, every seat needs someone who Gets it, Wants it, and has the Capacity for it. In most growing industrial companies, the EHS seat doesn’t. It’s the operations manager wearing the safety hat on top of a full-time job, or a junior coordinator carrying director-level risk — the EMR, the OSHA exposure, the customer audits, all of it. That’s a seat without the right person in it. And it usually isn’t a role you can justify filling full-time yet.

The solution

We are that seat.

FractionalEHS puts a GWC-qualified, executive-grade EHS leader in your EHS seat — sized to your stage. You get the judgment of someone who has run safety at both the plant and enterprise level, on a systematized, AI-enabled model — the seat filled, without the full-time hire.

Leadership

Led by an operator who’s carried the P&L.

FractionalEHS is led by Corey Robinson — a certified EOS Integrator and a CSP, CHMM, and CSHM. Not a compliance consultant who picked up business on the side, but an owner-operator who treats safety the way you experience it: an EMR-to-insurance-to-enterprise-value problem, not a checkbox.

EHS for EOS companies — questions

How does EHS fit into an EOS structure?

It usually belongs on the accountability chart under operations, with a small number of measurables on the scorecard and any real exposure surfaced as an Issue rather than buried. The common failure is that safety has no seat, so it never becomes a Rock and never gets solved.

What EHS measurables belong on a scorecard?

Leading indicators beat lagging ones. Inspections completed, corrective actions closed on time, training current as a percentage, and near-miss reports submitted tell you more week to week than a recordable count that may sit at zero for months and then spike.

Can you work with our Implementer?

Yes. We work alongside the Implementer rather than in place of them — they own the EOS process, we own the EHS content that flows into it.

Should EHS be a Rock?

If there is a real gap, yes, and scoped tightly enough to actually finish in a quarter. Standing up a compliance calendar is a Rock. Building a mature safety culture is not — that is a multi-quarter arc broken into several.

How do you keep it from becoming another binder?

By tying every obligation to a named owner and a date on a live calendar, and by reporting status in the L10 the same way any other number is reported. Programs die when nobody is accountable in a recurring meeting.
