Corey started at eighteen on a factory floor. He's also a proven owner-operator: he has acquired and run companies across home services, franchising, and real estate — from a 200+ door rental portfolio to serving as President of a private-equity-backed home-services business — earned recognition as an IFA Global Franchisee of the Year, and been featured on entrepreneurship podcasts including Acquiring Minds. That owner's perspective is the difference — he doesn't just write safety programs, he knows how they move insurance premiums, win contracts, and protect enterprise value. With graduate degrees in Occupational Safety & Health and executive training from Harvard Business School Online in Business Strategy and Generative AI, Corey builds AI directly into how EHS gets delivered.
Josh has spent 15+ years building and rebuilding EHS programs where the stakes are highest — chemical processing, bioprocessing, petrochemical, nuclear, aerospace, and manufacturing. He's the systems builder: standing up environmental, health, and safety management systems to ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, turning scattered compliance into repeatable, auditable programs a team can actually run.
