Information you submit through contact, discovery, or download forms (name, company, email, phone, message). Website analytics data (pages visited, device/browser, approximate location) collected through Google Analytics and similar tools using cookies. Information you share during consultations and engagements, which is governed by our services agreement and any NDA.
To respond to inquiries, deliver services, send relevant communications about EHS topics and our services (you can unsubscribe at any time), and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
We use third-party providers to operate the site and business (hosting, analytics, email and CRM, scheduling, document signing). They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
We use AI-assisted tools for internal administrative work. Client confidential information is not used to train AI models and is not uploaded to public AI tools.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
