The 30-Day Baseline

Know exactly where you stand — in 30 days, for $5,000.

A senior, CSP-led assessment of your safety and environmental programs across up to three sites. You get a scored gap register, a 12-month roadmap, and a fixed monthly number. Keep going with us, or take the roadmap and run it yourself.

Who This Is For

Most operators do not know what they are looking at until someone shows them. The Baseline is built for the moment you need to know, and need it to be true.

Manufacturers without a senior EHS person 50 to 500 employees, safety sitting with HR or a plant manager, and a nagging sense the binder does not match the floor.
Contractors facing a prequalification An ISN, Avetta, or owner packet is due, your EMR and programs will be judged against a national bar, and the bid starts soon.
PE-owned or in diligence You just bought a manufacturer, or you are about to, and nobody can tell you what the EHS exposure actually is in dollars.
Operations that just got a signal A citation, a claims spike, a serious injury, a new site, or a customer audit — and leadership wants the real picture before deciding what to fund.

30-Day EHS Baseline

$5,000 one-time

Up to three sites. Travel at cost. Four or more sites quoted.

Start With a 15-Minute Call

  • Document and program review — written programs, training records, OSHA 300 logs, permits, SDS and HazCom, contractor files, prior citations and claims
  • Site walk and interviews at each location — leadership, supervisors, and the people who clear the jams, with photo evidence of what we find
  • Scored gap register — every gap rated by severity and likelihood against the OSHA and EPA standards that actually apply to you, not a generic checklist
  • Compliance calendar, seeded — the recurring obligations you own, with dates, so nothing lapses because nobody was asking
  • 12-month roadmap — what to fix first, who owns it, when, and a budget range for each item
  • Tier recommendation with a fixed monthly number — Specialist, Manager, or Director, and exactly what it would cost to have us run the roadmap
  • Executive readout — a 60-minute session with your leadership, in P&L language, plus the written report

Continue into a retainer and the Baseline is your month-one fee; the tier retainer begins in month two. Stop there and you keep everything — the register, the calendar, the roadmap — and run it yourself or with someone else.

How the 30 Days Run

Week 1 — Discovery Kickoff call, document request, and a secure upload link. We pull your logs, permits, programs, training records, and loss runs while you keep running the plant.
Week 2 — Onsite Site walks and interviews at each location. We look at what is actually happening on the floor, not what the binder says is happening.
Week 3 — Analysis Every document and finding is worked on private, secure systems and scored by a CSP. The gap register, calendar, and roadmap take shape.
Week 4 — Readout Executive readout, written report, and your tier recommendation with a fixed monthly number. You decide what happens next.
How the work gets done. AI and our production team handle the document review, cross-referencing, and drafting — on private systems, never public AI tools, and never with your injury records leaving a secured environment. Corey Robinson, CSP, CHMM, reviews, scores, and signs every deliverable. The signature is the product.

What It Is Not

A Baseline is a senior assessment and a plan. It is not a mock OSHA inspection or citation defense, industrial hygiene sampling or lab work, a PE-stamped engineering study, legal advice, or a checkbox audit that produces a score and no decisions. Where those are needed, the roadmap says so and we coordinate qualified third parties.

Common Questions

Do we have to continue into a retainer?
No. The Baseline stands on its own. Most clients continue because the roadmap makes the next step obvious and priced, but the report is yours either way.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
Plan on a one-hour kickoff, a half day per site for the walk and interviews, a few hours gathering documents in Week 1, and the 60-minute readout. We do the rest.
What do you need from us to start?
Three years of OSHA 300 logs and 300A summaries, your written programs and training records, permits and environmental filings, loss runs from your carrier, and any prior citations or audits. If you do not have some of these, that is itself a finding.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We work under a mutual NDA, your records stay in a secured environment, and nothing is shared with a regulator, carrier, or customer unless you direct it.
We have more than three sites. What then?
We quote it before you sign, based on site count, distance, and complexity. A four-site campus in one county prices differently from four plants in four states.
How fast can you start?
Usually within two weeks of the kickoff call. The 30-day clock starts when we receive your documents.

Ready to know where you stand?

A 15-minute call confirms fit and scope. If it is a fit, we send the agreement and the document request the same day.
